Tell us about COLBO's sales operations.
COLBO has many production divisions, therefore business discussions with clients cover a broad range of topics. It takes a lot of effort until we get used to it, because we must understand the client's product and the internal production divisions, but it is also very rewarding. Schedule and budget management from business discussions through to delivery are also important.

Tell us what you find motivating and fun about your work.
I am happy when the image I had in my mind takes shape, after the discussions with clients.
If I have a belief or a clear vision, COLBO lets me pursue it. So I can become motivated as I can be.
I actually left the company once but returned seeking the sense of fulfillment that can be found here.

What is the goal for you, as a sales person for COLBO?
I think that all the sales people at COLBO are aiming in the same direction, but for me personally, I would like to make my own unique proposals and move projects in a unique manner. I want to be one of a kind.

Observe product photography at the photo studio

Attend a photo session for new products to be published in a catalog. Photographs are taken with a cameraman while confirming details such as angles.

Return to the office for detailed meetings and deskwork

Special care is taken on sharing detailed information with the sales management division, which handles the same clients.
