What do you focus on in your work?: I value the opinions I receive on-site—client feedback when they see the finished booth and communication with construction operators on-site allow me to directly sense both positive and negative aspects of tasks. Unlike general communication, being able to see the expressions of the people with whom we are having a discussion motivates me and provides me with room to grow, such as, "It looks as if they're satisfied! Let's keep up the good work for the next job!" or "This looks a bit confusing, I'll do it another way next time."

What makes your job in the Space Design Team so attractive?: My jobs are creation of design based on client's images and preparation of detailed drawings for production, bearing in mind such factors as materials and strength. I also manage the site until everything is completed.
The image that clients request differs each time, and I believe that coming across new designs and materials make this job so attractive.
The operators I meet are also very unique, making on-site work very enjoyable.

What challenges are you looking forward to taking on in the future?: There is on-site work all around the country, so I hope to be able to go to various regions by myself for work one day.
